Tattoo appointment terms and conditions

By booking an appointment with me, you must comply with the following:

• You must be over 18 years of age and bring a valid proof of ID with you to the appointment. I may take and keep a printed photocopy of your ID alongside your consent forms.

• You must stay for the appointment alone. This is a safety procedure.

• You must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol during your appointment.

• You consent to me, or any studio staff, taking photographs/videos of the tattoo and tattooing process for advertisement purposes. We’re committed to keeping the process respectful and we’ll protect your privacy and integrity.

• You agree to follow the aftercare information provided to you in writing by the artist. Failure to comply with the instructions puts your health at risk and you may lose your right to free touch-ups to the tattoo.

• You understand that your artist, Hogfaerie Tattoos (Ruxandra Onita), is released of all liabilities, claims, expenses, injuries or damages.
